Chris joins the Tigers with an impressive coaching background and a strong passion for developing women’s football. His experience spans across multiple levels of the game including coaching Under 18 Girls, the V-Line Cup, and most recently working as a Development Coach with the Geelong VFLW program.

Chris is well-known for his ability to connect with players, teach the game’s fundamentals, and create an environment that brings out the best in individuals and teams. His leadership, knowledge, and enthusiasm will play a huge role in continuing to drive our women’s program forward.

We’re rapt to have him on board and can’t wait to see the impact he’ll have both on and off the field in 2026.

We have two teams fighting it out in finals this coming weekend. See below for details.

E Grade with their win on the weekend will now take on top of the ladder Leopold. If they are able to secure this win they go straight into the Grand Final. If they lose, they will play the following Saturday against the winner of Sunday's match (St Marys or Newtown).

Our U17 Div 2 team will need to beat Newtown on Sunday to stay in the finals as their final is an elimination final.

Net is for 5 to 6 year olds and teaches fundamental motor skills through activities and games.

Set is for 7 to 8 year olds and focuses on refining fundamental motor skills and introducing modified match play.

If your child is above these age groups they are most welcome to come along and join in our U11 Netball Program, they play games on Tuesday nights at Kardinia Park. For more information regarding this program please contact us on grovedalejuniornetball@gmail.com
